Does Instagram work in Russia via MarbSocial?
Yes. MarbSocial works via Instagram Graph API from Yandex Cloud servers, not affected by blocking. Publishing, analytics, comments — everything works without VPN.
Can I publish Reels via MarbSocial?
Yes, full Reels support: vertical video upload up to 90 seconds, cover, description, hashtags, first comment. Music is added via Instagram after publishing (API limitation).
What is Grid Planner?
Visual Instagram grid planner. See how your profile will look in a week, a month. Drag-and-drop for reordering posts. AI suggests which colors and compositions work best.
Why might a post fail to publish?
Instagram API sometimes hits rate limits (30 posts/hour per account). MarbSocial uses a queue with retry: if a post fails, it retries at 5, 15, 60 minutes. Errors are shown in the admin panel with diagnostics.
Are Instagram Shops and shopping supported?
Currently only product tagging in posts (via Commerce API). Full Shops support is on the 2026 Q4 roadmap.
