How many clients per agency?
Pro plan — up to 5 clients. Advanced — 25. Enterprise — unlimited (custom contract). Each client = separate workspace with per-client billing (if you need it) or consolidated agency billing.
Can clients have their own login for approval?
Yes. "Client Approver" role — the client sees ONLY their own workspace, can approve / reject posts and view reports. Cannot see other agency clients, has no billing access.
Migration from Buffer / Hootsuite / SMMplanner?
Schedules import via CSV. Historical analytics — via CSV export from the source platform (most do export). Team and approval flow are set up from scratch — takes 1-2 hours per client.
White-label on a custom domain?
Enterprise plan — full white-label with CNAME on your domain (app.youragency.com), your logo in email notifications, custom favicon. Pro / Advanced — white-label PDF reports but the UI stays MarbSocial-branded.
